Refund and Returns Policy – TurboRapic

At TurboRapic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return or refund.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return most products purchased from TurboRapic. In order for an item to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • The item must not be a non-returnable product, such as opened software, custom orders, or personal items.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item by email at info@turborapic.net with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by TurboRapic (e.g., wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after we have received your return. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. For PayPal or other methods, the refund will be issued to the original account used.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage.
  • The item is missing parts, accessories, or packaging.
  • The return request is outside of the 30-day window.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable. These may include:

  • Opened software or digital products.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@turborapic.net. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging. In these cases, TurboRapic will cover the return shipping costs, and you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@turborapic.net. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you must follow the return procedure.
